You must set up a checking or savings account as recurring bank draft (ACH).  Any other payment methods such as onetime e-checks, debit cards, credit cards will incur fees from the company processing your payments.

As of May 1, 2025, Fort Myers Beach has transitioned to a new utility billing system. To take full advantage of the new system’s features, please register using the account number on your most recent billing statement.

You will also need to enter the phone number currently associated with your account. If your phone number has changed or you’re unsure which number is on file, please contact our office to update your information.
